What changes when you move
Clients do not change your price
On TaxDome, a client who only receives an invoice counts as active, and clients added mid-year cost from $15 each. Tidyflow charges per user, with unlimited clients.
Organizers clients finish
Ready-made 1040, 1120-S, 1065, 1120 and 1041 organizers. Clients see last year's answer beside each question, and only the questions that apply to them.
Your tax season, ready on day one
Ready-made Jobs for 1040, 1120-S, 1065, 1120, 1041 and 1099 work, plus bookkeeping, payroll and year-end close. Each tax Job comes with its checklist and client approval request.

Bring your clients
Export Clients > Contacts from TaxDome as a CSV and import it. TaxDome emails the file, and the link lasts 24 hours.

Move over at your own pace
Keep finishing current jobs in your old tool while new work starts in Tidyflow. Plan the cutover before your first TaxDome renewal after 1 January, and copy your documents out through TaxDome Drive.
Stay with TaxDome if: You use the full TaxDome suite, from CRM pipeline to proposals, or you have a large team and a small client list. With 20 seats included, that firm pays less under the new pricing.

Questions practices ask
- Can I bring my clients from TaxDome?
- Yes. In TaxDome, open Clients > Contacts and click Export contacts. TaxDome emails a download link that lasts 24 hours. Import the CSV from the Clients page in Tidyflow, which matches the columns for you.
- What about documents and past work?
- Copy your client folders out of TaxDome Drive and upload them to each client in Tidyflow. Export jobs, invoices and time entries from TaxDome as CSV files to keep a record.
- Will my clients need a new login?
- Yes. You invite each contact to your Tidyflow portal by email. They can also use the Tidyflow mobile app, signing in with a code sent to their email.
- Is Tidyflow SOC 2 certified?
- Not yet, it is on our roadmap. Tidyflow has passed Google's CASA Tier 2 assessment and the Xero and Intuit security reviews, and encrypts data at rest with AES-256 on US hosting.
- Can I keep TaxDome until my renewal?
- Yes. Start new work in Tidyflow and finish current jobs in TaxDome, then leave before your first renewal after 1 January.
