Automatically add Contacts to Client Requests

Tidyflow allows you to control which client contacts are automatically assigned to any new client requests created. This setting is managed per client and helps streamline your workflow by ensuring the right people are always included by default.


How it works

Each client has a list of associated contacts. For every contact, you can decide whether they should be automatically added to new client requests for that client.

This only applies to new client requests. It does not affect existing requests.


How to Manage Automatic Inclusion

  1. Go to the Clients section in the sidebar.
  2. Select the client you want to manage (e.g., MetaScape Marketing Group, Ltd.).
  3. Click on the Contacts tab.
  4. For each contact, check the Client requests column.
  5. Click the three dots () beside the contact’s name.
  6. Choose one of the following:
    • Include for client requests – this contact will be auto-assigned to all new client requests.
    • Exclude from client requests – this contact won’t be added automatically, but you can still assign them manually.

Notes

  • Changing this setting does not affect the contact’s portal access.
  • You can update this preference anytime.
  • Manual overrides are always possible when creating or editing a request.
