Clients

Manage client details and view associated Tasks, Time, Notes, Files, Contacts and Client Requests. Clients represent the primary entities you deal with, whether they're businesses, individuals, or families. For instance, you might handle bookkeeping for Nova Enterprises.

Contacts

Manage contacts details and view associated clients linked to them. Contacts refer to the individuals linked to these Clients, similar to entries in a contact list. For example, Jane Bennett, could be a shareholder of Nova Enterprises.

Tasks

Tasks represent individual work items or projects for your clients. They help you organize, assign, and track progress effortlessly. Break down tasks into subtasks, client requests, attach relevant files, and collaborate with your team or a client through comments.

Time

Track time entries for tasks to manage profitability and monitor engagement.

Tags

Categorize tasks and clients for better search and reporting.

Settings

The Settings section is where you manage account preferences, including your profile, users, tags, task templates, integrations, subscription, and custom fields. It’s designed to help you configure Tidyflow to fit your workflows.
