Connect Tidyflow to QuickBooks Online to sync clients, services, and tax codes, and to push invoices to QuickBooks.
What Syncs?
When connected, Tidyflow can:
- Import Clients
- Import Products & Services
- Import Tax Codes
- Push Invoices from Tidyflow to QuickBooks Online
How to Connect QuickBooks Online
- Go to Settings
- Click Integrations
- Select QuickBooks Online
- Click Connect
- Sign in to QuickBooks
- Select the correct QuickBooks company
- Confirm access
Default Service Item
You’ll see a setting called Default Service Item.
This is used when an invoice line in Tidyflow does not have a mapped Service Type.
If no mapping exists, Tidyflow will use this default QuickBooks Product/Service when pushing the invoice.
You can update this setting at any time.
How to Disconnect QuickBooks Online
If you need to reset or switch companies:
- Go to Settings
- Click Integrations
- Open QuickBooks Online
- Click Disconnect (top right)
- Save your changes if prompted
This removes the connection from Tidyflow.
You can then reconnect and choose a different QuickBooks company.
Switching to a Different QuickBooks Company
If the wrong company is connected:
- Disconnect the current connection
- Click Connect
- Log in again and select the correct company
Only one QuickBooks company can be connected per Tidyflow workspace.
