Available methods to Add a New Task

  1. Click the + icon in the top right-hand corner. From the dropdown, choose Add new task.
  2. On the Tasks page, click on the + Add new button or select the Add task.... field in the task list view.
  3. Duplicate an existing Task.
  4. Add from Task Template.

Task Details

  • Status: Choose a status from the dropdown menu to set the task's progress.
  • Client: Assign the task to an existing client by selecting from the dropdown.
  • Assignees: Add team members responsible for the task.
  • Estimated Hours: Input the estimated time required to complete the task.
  • Start Date: Select a starting date for the task.
  • Due Date: Choose a due date to ensure the task is completed on time.
  • Repeat: Set if the task is to repeat and the frequency.
  • Tags: Add relevant tags for easy categorization and searching.
  • Description: Provide a detailed description of the task.
  • Subtasks: Break down the task into smaller, manageable parts by adding subtasks.
