You can send emails directly to a client's contacts from TidyFlow - no need to switch to your email app.
How to send an email
- Go to the client's page
- Click the three-dot menu (top right of the header)
- Select Send Email
- A modal will open with all contacts linked to the client pre-selected. Uncheck any contacts you don't want to include.
- Enter a Subject and Body for your email
- Click Send Email
All selected contacts will receive a single email. The email is sent from your firm's name, and any replies will be directed to your email address.
Previewing your email
Before sending, you can click the Preview button to see exactly how the email will appear to the recipient, including your firm's branding. Click Back to return to editing, or Send Email to send directly from the preview.
Things to know
- Contacts must be linked to the client. If you don't see a contact listed, make sure they've been added to the client's Contacts tab first.
- All selected contacts receive the same email. Each recipient will be visible to the others in the To field.
- Replies go to you. The reply-to address is set to the email of the user who sent the message.
