Using Tidyflow in Other Regions

Tidyflow has dedicated regional setups for a various countries. If your firm is based outside these regions, Tidyflow still works well — here's what to know.

Currency

Tidyflow supports 40+ currencies. Set your default currency in Settings → Billing and all invoices will use it automatically. You can also invoice individual clients in a different currency if needed.

Tax Rates

You'll be able to setup your tax rates, or import tax rates via Xero or QuickBooks.

Custom Fields for Local Registration Numbers

Use custom fields to capture region-specific identifiers on client records. Go to Settings → Custom Fields and create fields for things like VAT registration numbers, company registration numbers, or tax reference numbers.

Job Templates Library

Contains a few general templates, which you can customize to your workflows.
