Cancellation of subscription

If at any time you need to cancel your subscription, the process is simple. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription service.

Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel Your Subscription

Step 1: Navigate to Subscription Management

• Sign into your account.
• On the sidebar, click on Settings to reveal additional options.
• Select Manage Subscription.

Step 2: Cancel Your Subscription

• On the subscription page, you'll see your current plan details.
• Directly under your subscription details, you will find two options: Update plan and Cancel plan.
• Click on the Cancel plan button to proceed.

Step 3: Confirm Cancellation

• A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure that you want to proceed with the cancellation.
• Review the details and confirm if you wish to proceed by clicking on a confirmation button.
• If you change your mind at this point, you can select the option to go back.
