Where Karbon Wins
Email management. Karbon’s Triage shared inbox is the best in the category. Email syncs in real time, gets linked to clients and work items, and can be assigned to teammates. Financial Cents connects Gmail and Outlook and adds a shared inbox on Scale, but its email tooling is shallower.
