Anyone with a Tidyflow account. Open Rewards in your settings to grab your workspace referral link, then share it with firms you think would benefit.
Earn USD $10 per paid Core seat or USD $20 per paid Pro seat per reward month. Each referred firm has one five-month reward window. Ten paid Pro seats held throughout that window earn USD $1,000. There is no limit on how many firms you can refer.
They get 20% off their first 12 monthly bills or first annual bill, on top of the standard 14-day free trial.
The five-month window starts with the first qualifying paid subscription period. The first credit follows the first completed paid month. Each month uses the paid plan and billed seat count at the start of that reward month, including annual commitments. Mid-month changes affect the following month, and added seats only participate in the remaining window. For example, three Pro seats earn USD $60 for month one; four paid Pro seats at the start of month two earn USD $80. Trials, free invoices and standalone prorations do not start a window.
Rewards are automatically added as USD subscription credit and applied to future finalized invoices. Unused credit carries forward. The workspace owner can use Request cash payout in Rewards to ask support to review unused referral earnings. Other billing adjustments are not referral earnings, and a request does not transfer or reserve money.
If someone clicks your link, you are credited as long as they sign up within 30 days. They can sign up from any page on the site, the link follows them.
Rewards require paid coverage for the completed reward month. Unpaid charges pause issuance until settlement, and cancellation ends eligibility when paid access ends. Returning does not start a fresh five-month window. Previously issued rewards are retained; refunds, disputes and unclear billing history require review.
Keep it genuine. The firms you refer need to be new to Tidyflow and not already in a trial or an active conversation with us, and we ask that you do not run paid ads bidding on the Tidyflow brand name. Beyond that, share away.
