- Agent teammates - Add an AI agent as a team member and delegate work to it like you would a person: assign it a Job or @mention it in a comment. The agent works the Job and asks you directly if it needs more information. Its session activity, including its questions, stays internal even on a client-shared Job, and it never messages clients directly. When a client replies, the notification excludes the reply text, but the agent can read client comments when it opens the Job. Set up and manage agents from Settings, currently rolling out to firms.
