By default, the Link Uploads folder is not shared with any client contacts. This means:
- Clients cannot view, access, or download any uploaded files immediately after using the link.
- The upload link is upload-only—it does not allow browsing or access to existing files.
However, just like any other folder in Tidyflow, you can choose to share the Link Uploads folder with specific client contacts if needed.
If a folder is shared:
- Contacts with access can log into the portal and view/download files inside.
- This does not affect the upload link—the upload link will still work without requiring login.
🔐 Tip: Keep the folder unshared for more control, or selectively share it when you want clients to review what they’ve uploaded.
