Pricing plans and limits
How the Core and Pro plans differ, what is unlimited on every plan, and which limits only apply to Core.
Tidyflow has two plans, Core and Pro, both priced per user with a discount for annual billing. Start with a free trial, no credit card required. You can subscribe during your trial. Your chosen plan takes effect immediately, and billing starts after your remaining free days. The pricing page always has the current prices and the full plan comparison.
Is there a maximum number of clients, jobs, or users?
No. Clients, jobs, contacts, and team members are unlimited on every plan. You are only billed for the users you add. On annual plans, a seat you free up stays on your plan until it renews, and you can give it to someone else.
Are contacts billed as users?
No. Contacts are your clients’ people, and they do not count toward your subscription. There is no additional cost for adding contacts or giving them client portal access.
What limits does the Core plan have?
Core covers everyday client work and straightforward requests, with limits on reusable setup such as Job templates, signature templates, and workspace automation rules. Pro removes these limits and adds conditional questions, signature and approval steps in client request workflows, email automations, service-specific job statuses, capacity planning, and profitability reports. Client reminders and standalone PDF signing are unlimited on both plans. These are separate from the limits on automation rules and signature templates. Private inbox limits apply per user. The pricing page lists the exact numbers and the full feature split side by side.
Which plan suits tax and bookkeeping requests?
Choose Pro to add conditional questions, signatures, and approvals to client request workflows. These help with US tax organizers, Australian tax questionnaires, BAS reviews, month-end questions, and other client deliverables. Core supports straightforward questions, document collection, and standalone PDF signing.
During a trial, open a request and select Preview as a client to try the client’s view. Previewing does not send anything. Your workspace owner can compare plans from the request, with a link back to the saved work.
Requests already sent to clients continue working, and drafts remain saved when you choose Core. Pro is required to add conditional questions or signature and approval steps to a client request workflow. Creating copies or recurring requests does not carry over an earlier request’s access.
Templates imported on Core may have simpler questions. Upgrading does not automatically rebuild missing rules or change your edits. Review a fresh copy of the original template before using it for clients.
Is AI included in my plan?
Yes. The AI features, including Tidyflow Agent, summaries, Smart Classification, and MCP connectors, are included on every plan at no extra cost. They are off until your firm opts in: an owner or admin accepts the AI terms of use, and each user gives their own consent. See Turn on AI for your firm.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Billing is managed by the workspace owner under Settings. You can update your payment details at any time, and cancel whenever you like. See Update credit card information and Cancellation of subscription.
