Add your logo and branding

Upload your firm logo once and Tidyflow shows it on proposals, engagement letters, invoices, and your client portal.

Your firm logo is uploaded once, in your workspace settings. Tidyflow then shows it automatically on the pages and documents your clients see. You do not add the logo to individual templates or documents.

You must be a workspace Owner or Admin to access General settings and upload a logo.

  1. Go to Settings and open General
  2. Under Company information, find the Logo field
  3. Choose your logo file
  4. Click Save Changes

Use a PNG or JPG up to 2 MB. Tidyflow scales large images down automatically, and a compact horizontal or square logo works best. To remove the current logo, click Remove next to the preview.

Where your logo appears

Once uploaded, your logo appears on client-facing surfaces automatically:

  • The proposal and engagement letter page your clients open, and the PDF version
  • Invoice PDFs and the invoice payment page
  • Your client portal, including the sign-in page
  • Client upload link pages

Inside the firm app your team sees your firm name rather than the logo, so check a client-facing page, for example your client portal, to confirm the upload worked.

Add your logo to engagement letters and proposals

You do not place the logo inside the engagement letter template, and the template editor in Settings under Engagement letters does not accept images. Tidyflow adds your logo from Settings under General to the top of the proposal page and PDF automatically, above the letter. See How to send an engagement letter.
