Uploading and downloading files

Accessing the Client Files Section

  • Log into the TidyFlow web app (desktop app coming soon).
  • Navigate to the ‘Client’ section to find the specific client you want to manage.
  • Click on the ‘Files’ section to view all folders, subfolders, and files associated with that client.

Downloading Files

  • To download individual files, click on the file you wish to download.
  • To download multiple files:
    • Use the ‘Select All’ option or manually select specific files.
    • Click the ‘Download’ button.
  • An email will be generated and sent to you with a link to download the selected files.

Uploading Files

  • To upload files, you can:
    • Select a specific folder and use the upload option.
    • Drag and drop files directly into the desired folder.

Backing Up All Files and Folders

  • To back up or download all files and folders for all clients:
    • Go to ‘Settings’.
    • Navigate to ‘General Settings’.
    • Click on ‘Download All Files and Folders’.
  • An email will be sent to you with a link to download the backup.
