Uploading and downloading files
Accessing the Client Files Section
- Log into the TidyFlow web app (desktop app coming soon).
- Navigate to the ‘Client’ section to find the specific client you want to manage.
- Click on the ‘Files’ section to view all folders, subfolders, and files associated with that client.
Downloading Files
- To download individual files, click on the file you wish to download.
- To download multiple files:
- Use the ‘Select All’ option or manually select specific files.
- Click the ‘Download’ button.
- An email will be generated and sent to you with a link to download the selected files.
Uploading Files
- To upload files, you can:
- Select a specific folder and use the upload option.
- Drag and drop files directly into the desired folder.
Backing Up All Files and Folders
- To back up or download all files and folders for all clients:
- Go to ‘Settings’.
- Navigate to ‘General Settings’.
- Click on ‘Download All Files and Folders’.
- An email will be sent to you with a link to download the backup.
