Getting Started
Use the Tidyflow mobile app
Install the Tidyflow app for iPhone, iPad, or Android, sign in, and see what the beta apps can and cannot do.
Tidyflow has free companion apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android. They use the same account and workspace as Tidyflow on the web, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to sync.
The mobile apps are currently in beta. They are safe to use on live client work, but they cover a deliberately narrow slice of Tidyflow and they change often.
Install the app
- iPhone and iPad: Download Tidyflow on the App Store
- Android: Get Tidyflow on Google Play
Both apps are free, and there is no separate mobile charge on top of your Tidyflow plan.
There is no sign-up inside the apps, so your firm needs an existing Tidyflow account first. Open the app and sign in the way you already do on the web:
- Microsoft
- An emailed sign-in link
- Your email address and password
If your firm does not use Tidyflow yet, start a trial on the web first.
What you can do in the app
The app opens on Jobs, with Inbox, Jobs, Agent, and Settings along the bottom.
Jobs. Search the list or narrow it by status, assignee, client, due date, and tags. Status and Assignee are chips above the list; everything else is in the filter sheet. From a Job you can change status and assignees, edit the title and description, and see the client, dates, tags, and subtasks. Completing a Job asks whether to close any open subtasks, creates the next occurrence if the Job repeats, and offers Undo. You can also comment, @mention a teammate, attach a file, and create a Job straight from the list.
Inbox. Read and triage the firm’s shared inbox. Search conversations, move between Inbox, Drafts, and Archived, open attachments, and swipe to archive a conversation or mark it read. Recently read threads stay cached, so a weak signal does not leave you with an empty screen.
Drafts. Drafts that are already complete, including ones Tidyflow Agent prepared for a human to send, can be reviewed and sent from the app, with a short undo window. You can delete a draft too.
Tidyflow Agent. The same conversations you have on the web. Pick up a recent thread or start a new one, and read the answer as it streams in. When Agent pauses for approval before a sensitive change, or shows a confirmation card listing every Job in a batch edit, you can approve or cancel it from the app. Proposal previews and consent steps work the same way.
What still needs the web app
- Writing email. There is no composer. You can review, send, or delete a complete draft, but not write a new email or finish a half-written one.
- Push notifications. Not in this release. Notifications still reach you by email and in the web app’s inbox.
- Billing, proposals, e-signatures, and tax organizers. These stay on the web.
- Working offline. Changing a Job, adding a comment, or sending a draft needs a connection. Reading cached inbox conversations does not.
Do clients need the app?
No. The apps are for your team. Clients keep using the client portal in their browser, with nothing to install.
Tell us what is missing
The beta gets wider based on what firms ask for. If something you need every day is not in the app yet, let us know through the usual support channel and it goes on the list.
